You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to return an item for any reason and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your original order number or transaction ID. Items must be shipped back undamaged and in original packaging.
DOORWING warrants that all products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, noncommercial use for a period of 90 days from the date of your original purchase. Customers who return a product within 30 days from the date of the original purchase can choose to receive a refund or a replacement. Replacement products will be provided for items returned after the initial 30 day period but within the 90 day period. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or products that have been modified or damaged by the user. You can register your DOORWING product(s) for warranty here, or go to "Warranty Registration" in the main menu.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products to receive return authorization and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within five working days.
DOORWING will pay shipping costs for replacement items sent to the customer. However, customers will be responsible for shipping costs related to product returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
