Warranty

DOORWING warrants all the products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, non commercial use for a period of 90 days from the date of your original purchase. Customers who return a product within 30 days from the date of the original purchase can choose to receive a refund or a replacement. Replacement products will be provided for items returned after the initial 30 day period but within the 90 days period. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must provide your original transaction ID number and the defective product. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or products that have been modified.

DOORWING will pay shipping costs for replacement items sent to the customer under the warranty policy. 

Out of Warranty

If you experience an issue with your DOORWING and you are outside of your 90 days warranty, we have some options for you! We may be able to offer you certain replacement parts, or a coupon code to purchase a new unit.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to products purchased from a source other than https://doorwing.com or our Authorized Resellers.
