You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to return an item for any reason and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your original order number or transaction ID.
DOORWING warrants that all products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, noncommercial use for a period of 120 days from the date of your original purchase. Customers who return a product within 30 days from the date of the original purchase can choose to receive a refund or a replacement. Replacement products will be provided for items returned after the initial 30 day period but within the 120 day period. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or products that have been modified or damaged. To be eligible for warranty, products must be registered. Before returning any product, you must first contact email@example.com to receive return authorization and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within five working days.
DOORWING will pay shipping costs for replacement items sent to the customer. However, customers will be responsible for shipping costs related to product returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
